Job Description

  • Good knowledge of HR functions, specially HR operations.
  • Maintain monthly headcount reports (Joining-Leaving Report) Undertake duties supporting the use of HRMS including making changes into the system and updating the data as and when required.
  • Induction of new employees in HRMS.
  • Responsible for Advance salary.
  • Responsible for Banks ‘employee external verifications & salary slips.
  • Handling general queries of employees.
  • Responsible for maintaining record of test Sims & pool phone Sims
  • Keep and maintain all records of employee hiring, leaves, transfers, appraisals, promotions, demotions, advances, loans, termination, and resignations
  • Collect ongoing information regarding the satisfaction of employees on salary packages and wages, working conditions, etc.
  • Keep staff informed on anti-discrimination regulations.
  • Review and update employee rules and regulations
  • Administer and keep information on benefits and compensation packages up-to-date.
  • Receive employee complaints and act accordingly to resolve them.
  • Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness.
  • Maintain employees attendance and leaves record in HRMIS.
  • Assist in Payroll.
  • Maintain Employees documentation.
  • Assist in end to end HR Operations
